Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients’ mental and emotional health, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and techniques.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that factor in clients' unique needs, goals, and psychological situations, ensuring a holistic approach.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients of various age groups, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and more.

• Provide couples therapy, focusing on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthier relationship dynamics.

• Regularly review and modify client treatment plans to reflect progress, evolving needs, and changing circumstances.

• Keep detailed and accurate clinical records, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals, ensuring comprehensive care and a cohesive treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT in our organization, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and couples. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a relevant field is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona is essential.

• Proficient experience in providing both individual and couples therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
