Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Conducting intake assessments and generating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Providing ongoing therapy through video conferencing, utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
\n
• Documenting clinical sessions with accurate and timely notes to maintain client records.
\n
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Engaging in collaborative case management with other professionals as needed to coordinate care for complex cases.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss client cases and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals from various backgrounds facing an array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral issues. You will have the opportunity to provide therapy to clients of all ages, including children and adolescents, ensuring a broad range of experiences that contribute to your professional development.

Qualifications\n

To apply, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree from a regionally accredited university in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
\n
• An active and unrestricted license in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy to adults.
\n
• Strong competency in conducting intake assessments and treatment planning.
\n
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for maintaining client records.
\n
• A clean record with no disciplinary actions against you by any licensing board.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Proficiency in working with diverse populations and cultural competency in mental health treatment.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
