In this role, you will work primarily in a fully remote setting utilizing telehealth methods. Our practice thrives on flexibility, allowing you to create and manage your own schedule while being available for clients Monday through Saturday. We provide comprehensive in-house credentialing and assist with managing insurance participation, enabling you to focus on what you do best—providing therapeutic support.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a critical role in assessing and treating a diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring clinical interventions based on client needs.

• Facilitating initial comprehensive patient evaluations and triaging care in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure a tailored treatment approach.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment plans meticulously while communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams during meetings such as patient rounds.

• Utilizing your expertise to provide competent care addressing the psychological, educational, social, and safety needs of clients across all ages.

• Managing cases for assigned patients, coordinating with healthcare professionals and community programs to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care.

• Implementing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities to assist patients in achieving their individualized service plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
