The Remote Mental Health Counselor position is fully remote, allowing you to set your own hours within a flexible environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Counsel clients via video chat, engaging in therapeutic conversations to promote their mental health improvements.

• Encourage open dialogue about emotions and experiences, fostering insight and self-awareness among clients to enhance their personal and relational growth.

• Actively advocate for clients by helping them define and reach their personal and therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a clientele of stable adults with low acuity who have undergone rigorous screening prior to accessing your services. This ensures that you work with individuals who are ready for counseling and actively seeking to improve their mental health, rather than addressing severe mental health crises. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted license in good standing from the state board to practice independently without supervision, including:

Inspire and Empower Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
