This role primarily operates in a remote telehealth setting, allowing you the flexibility to conduct sessions from your home or any comfortable location. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth LPC, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a personalized caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing trusting relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular check-ins with clients to track their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans that are centered around client needs and goals.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Performing initial intake assessments to understand new clients' backgrounds and their specific mental health needs.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions each week, based on an agreed-upon schedule tailored to clients’ availability.

• Engaging in individual supervision sessions for continuous professional development and to refine therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.

• Demonstrated ability to meet credentialing requirements and comply with all internal policies for clinical practice.

• Experience in delivering telehealth services is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least one year of direct experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations. Familiarity with assessment and diagnosis, as well as individual and group therapy methodologies, is a plus. Proficiency in using technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems is also essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
