Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, stability, and treatment adherence, making recommendations for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continually assess person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client in our electronic health record system.
\n
• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure high-quality therapeutic practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth clients, addressing diverse mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. You will work closely with adolescents, guiding them through therapeutic interventions designed to foster resilience and emotional well-being. Your insights and therapeutic techniques will be instrumental in helping young individuals navigate challenges and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in mental health, counseling, social work, or a related field.

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
