School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Mckinney, Texas

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Active Texas SLP license required for practice in a school setting
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Prior school-based SLP experience preferred, especially with elementary children
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations, developing IEP goals, and delivering both direct and indirect services
• Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent in communication and documentation

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver full-time, onsite speech-language therapy and evaluations
• Develop and implement IEP goals catered to individual student needs
• Maintain clear records and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Work closely with school teams and families to ensure effective service delivery
• Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment for all students
• Manage caseload responsibilities (approximately 40 students) with professionalism and care
