What you'll bring to this role:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a school setting, particularly with early childhood populations, is a major plus
• Strong foundation in evaluating, developing, and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Confidence in collaborating with special education teams, teachers, administrators, and families

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for early learners
• Develop and implement IEP goals and intervention strategies
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy within the classroom or one-on-one settings
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress records
• Engage actively with parents and staff to foster successful student outcomes
