This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a collaborative outpatient team dedicated to mental health support. You will have the resources and tools needed to perform your duties while adhering to Agency and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) standards.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes with a focus on diagnostic and functional evaluations to tailor effective therapy objectives.

• Collaborate with primary care practitioners to identify and manage mental health and psychosocial issues, enhancing overall healthcare effectiveness.

• Provide timely mental health interventions for patients requiring emergency support, ensuring their immediate needs are addressed.

• Offer guidance to primary care providers on which patients may benefit from specialized mental health services or referrals to experts in the field.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress, adapt treatment plans based on efficacy, and implement relapse prevention strategies when necessary.

• Document patient progress meticulously to maintain accurate, up-to-date treatment records that support continuity of care.

• Engage with patients to teach essential self-management skills and promote healthy lifestyle choices, contributing to their long-term recovery.

• Participate in the development of preventative programs aimed at reducing the risk of deteriorating health among vulnerable patients.

• Advise the clinic management on procedural improvements regarding behavioral services and patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brightways Recovery Plus, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting the experience and skills of the ideal candidate.
