As the Chef & B, you're the culinary leader, inspiring our team to deliver five-star food and outstanding presentations. KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Captain : Schedule and train masterful cooks, ensuring every shift kicks off with a well-prepared crew in crisp uniforms. Event Maestro : Seamlessly coordinate with other departments to deliver flawless service for conventions, group events, and everything in between. Quality Crusader : Conduct daily inspections to guarantee top-notch food, sparkling clean spaces, and immediate follow-up on guest feedback or incidents. Money Maestro : Keep the numbers in check by sharing budget updates, controlling costs, and driving profitability with creative revenue strategies. Staff Superhero : Lead hiring, training, and pre-shift meetings, building a powerhouse team that’s always in the know and ready to shine. Inventory Guru : Oversee inventories and launch initiatives to minimize breakage and loss, all while maintaining a polished, professional image.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage, along with 5+ years of progressive F&B or hotel service industry experience (or a Culinary Degree with 3+ years relevant experience). Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive, and accommodating attitude toward guests. Develop and plan all restaurant menus and meals, actively expediting peak periods through hands-on involvement. Manage food costs, minimize waste, and ensure creativity, quality, cleanliness, and food safety across all food outlets and events.
