Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather in-depth information about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems, enabling tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, outlining specific goals and interventions based on assessed needs.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for our clients.

• Engage in active crisis intervention, performing risk assessments, safety planning, and providing immediate support when needed.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Co-lead psychoeducation classes, facilitate support groups, and manage therapy sessions that foster community and connection among clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
