Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth services, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with the best practices in mental health care.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, ensuring a collaborative atmosphere that encourages shared experiences and support among clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatments, and progress in compliance with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on their lives through individualized and group therapy sessions, tailored to foster healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• Active, valid state licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent. Both independently-licensed and junior-licensed candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Willingness to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week for part-time positions or commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours) for W2 roles, with some evening and Saturday availability for group sessions.

• Strong communication skills and a desire to engage in a collaborative treatment environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in mental health settings.

• Familiarity with cloud-based therapy platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, reflective of experience and licensure. Additionally, we provide access to free continuing education units (CEUs) to ensure our staff are well-equipped to meet licensing requirements and enhance their skills.
