Senior Business Development Executive

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Drive net-new ServiceNow business development \n
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and networking efforts \n
- Own full sales cycle: prospecting → proposal → negotiation → closure \n
- Build relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, and ServiceNow stakeholders \n
- Position AQL’s ServiceNow offerings (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Managed Services) \n
- Develop proposals, RFP responses, and solution positioning \n
- Collaborate with technical teams to craft winning solutions \n
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets \n
Required Experience
\n- \n
- 7+ years of ServiceNow sales/business development experience \n
- Proven track record of closing ServiceNow deals and acquiring new client logos \n
- Experience working with ServiceNow partners or consulting firm \n
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ServiceNow platform \n
- Experience selling implementations, managed services and support models \n
