Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs, goals, and the appropriate therapeutic approach for individuals, couples, and families. \n Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing solution-focused interventions tailored to their unique circumstances. \n Deliver high-quality therapy sessions via telehealth, facilitating individual, couples, and family therapy that addresses a wide range of issues such as relationship difficulties, mental health disorders, and family dynamics. \n Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, promoting shared learning and support for clients facing similar challenges. \n Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately and promptly, using electronic health records to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care. \n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to provide integrated care that meets the holistic needs of clients. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our clinical practice serves a diverse population, including individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds. We address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse, and relational conflicts.
