Job Description Business Development Representative HireQuest Direct – Jacksonville, FL Base Salary: $60,000 + Uncapped Commission First-Year Earning Potential: $100,000+ Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and having unlimited earning potential? HireQuest Direct is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our Jacksonville team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional who wants to take ownership of their success while helping businesses solve their workforce needs. You’ll be responsible for developing new client relationships, growing revenue, and partnering with companies across a variety of industries. What You’ll Do Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person sales visits Build relationships with business owners, executives, and hiring managers Identify workforce needs and provide customized staffing solutions Sell HireQuest Direct’s staffing services across industries including construction, hospitality, manufacturing, warehouse, and general labor Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through client acquisition Maintain and grow existing customer relationships Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and revenue goals Collaborate with branch operations teams to deliver excellent customer service Qualifications Previous outside sales, business development, account management, or staffing experience preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face sales meetings Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Compensation & Benefits $60,000 annual base salary Uncapped commission structure First-year earning potential of $100,000+ Car allowance Company cell phone Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) with company match Professional sales training and career development Advancement opportunities within a growing national staffing organization Company Description HireQuest Inc. is a franchisor of on-demand staffing and professional recruiting solutions.
