Account Manager – Treasury Solutions (DACH) Location: Germany / Switzerland (Hybrid) About the role As a Account Manager – Treasury Solutions , you will play a key role in driving growth across the DACH region by selling FIS treasury management solutions to mid-market corporates. You will support senior sales colleagues while developing your own pipeline, building client relationships, and contributing to new business acquisition in a fast-growing fintech environment. About the team You will be part of a high-performing sales team focused on delivering treasury and risk management solutions to corporate clients across Europe. The team collaborates closely with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams to deliver tailored solutions and support clients through the full sales lifecycle. What you will be doing Support and develop new business opportunities across mid-market corporates in the DACH region Manage elements of the end-to-end sales cycle , from prospecting through to deal closure Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and finance stakeholders Position FIS Treasury Management System (TMS) solutions to address client needs Work closely with senior sales executives and internal stakeholders to progress deals and drive revenue Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through CRM tools Stay informed on industry trends, competitor landscape, and treasury transformation initiatives What you will need Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales to corporate clients Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Exposure to financial technology, treasury, or corporate banking solutions Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Fluency in German and English Added bonus if you have Experience selling or supporting Treasury Management Systems (TMS) Knowledge of cash management, liquidity, or treasury workflows Experience working with mid-market corporates across DACH What we offer you Competitive salary and commission structure Opportunity to build your career in a high-growth fintech environment Exposure to enterprise sales practices and senior stakeholders Collaborative, inclusive team culture Ongoing learning and development opportunities Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
