Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of adult patients, gathering comprehensive medical histories, performing physical examinations, and utilizing diagnostic tools to inform your clinical decisions.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health issues, collaborating with primary care physicians and specialists to ensure well-rounded and informed treatment strategies.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, patient preferences, and evolving clinical guidelines.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient responses and adjusting treatment regimens as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Engage in patient education, providing clear guidance on disease prevention, health maintenance, and self-management strategies for chronic conditions.
• Perform various in-home procedures that fall within your scope of practice, always maintaining a focus on patient safety and comfort.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in electronic medical records to enhance communication and continuity of care.
• Work alongside a diverse healthcare team, effectively coordinating care with other professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment covering all facets of patient health.
• Continuously update your knowledge and skills in adult healthcare by keeping abreast of the latest research, clinical practices, and healthcare technologies.

Your primary focus will be on adult patients, each with unique health challenges and backgrounds. Qualifications

• A current Nurse Practitioner certification is mandatory for this role.
• You must hold an active nursing license in the state of Maryland.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required, with a preference for candidates who possess a Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience as an Adult Nurse Practitioner is essential.

Preferred Experience

• We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 220,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications.
