Organizational Change Manager

Leading change management and transformation initiatives for complex enterprise clients, the full-time Organizational Change and Transformation Manager will assess organizational readiness, develop change strategies, and drive adoption in a remote contract role. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for enterprise transformation initiatives Conduct change impact assessments and develop stakeholder engagement strategies to manage resistance and drive adoption Partner with project leadership to integrate change management into transformation roadmaps and support post-implementation reinforcement Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related fields Demonstrated experience leading OCM workstreams for large-scale enterprise transformation programs Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter Experience managing stakeholder resistance and building advocacy for transformation initiatives High level of emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
