ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client, a leading enterprise organization is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to support a high-visibility AI enablement initiative. This role will develop and execute practical change strategies that help executives, managers, and end users understand, adopt, and sustain new ways of working. The ideal candidate is a self-directed change practitioner who can bring structure to ambiguity, assess evolving needs, and move work from recommendation through execution with limited oversight. Direct AI experience is not required; curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to learn quickly are essential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop and execute change management plans aligned with the AI enablement program and evolving business priorities. Assess stakeholder needs, recommend practical solutions, and independently drive work through completion. Create clear communications, presentations, and stakeholder messaging for executives, managers, and end users. Coordinate multiple change workstreams, priorities, milestones, and deliverables. Engage cross-functional stakeholders, identify adoption risks, and adapt plans as needs and direction evolve. Support stakeholder journeys and persona-based change experiences when appropriate.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong organizational change management experience, including developing and executing change plans. Proven ability to independently lead change initiatives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills across executives, managers, and end users. Experience managing multiple change workstreams and deliverables with strong organization and attention to detail. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint. Consultative approach with the ability to assess needs, recommend solutions, and deliver results without heavy direction.

PREFERRED SKILLS
