Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' presenting issues, family history, and treatment goals to develop effective care strategies.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review customized treatment plans while actively monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Engage clients in the therapeutic process through collaborative goal setting, ensuring treatment plans align with their preferences and aspirations.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical guidelines in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring clients feel safe and respected.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve helping students from diverse backgrounds who face challenges ranging from emotional distress and behavioral issues to family dynamics and academic pressures. This role aims to empower clients with the tools they need to overcome these difficulties, enhancing their emotional resilience and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential for this role.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required to practice within educational settings.

• At least two years of clinical experience, preferably within a school or community-based environment, is expected.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus.
