Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) considered Current TN SLP License (or willing to obtain) Current TN Educator License (or willing to obtain) Valid U.S. driver's license Pass background check clearance Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills Physical ability to walk, bend, sit, and stand during the work shift Own transportation available Experience with pediatric populations Responsibilities Provide evaluations, develop and implement therapy goals Diagnose speech and language pathologies Act as a liaison and collaborate with other professionals, team members, and families to provide well‑rounded care Educate students and teachers in proper treatment techniques, including the use of assistive devices Provide written documentation of client services, including session notes and timely uploading to a database Develop or collaborate on the development of the IEP (Individual Education Plan) Employment Details Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time, Contract 401(k) Continuing education credits Paid time off Referral program Work Location In person, in Shelby County, TN About Synapse Therapy Group Synapse Speech‑Language Pathology Group, PLLC is an SLP‑owned small business in Memphis, TN.
