Assistant Property Manager As a CBRE Assistant Property Manager, you will support senior staff in leading all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial properties, including marketing, operations, and financial activities. Key responsibilities include: Assist in marketing and leasing activities to attract tenants. Support operational management of property facilities. Participate in financial analysis and budgeting for the property portfolio. Implement and maintain procedures to solve standard operational problems. Analyze information and standard practices to make sound judgments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Previous commercial real estate property management experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and a curious, inquisitive approach. Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annually (or $38.46–$43.27 per hour).
