Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional status of clients, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to obtain comprehensive insights.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients that encompass therapeutic goals, measurable outcomes, and evidence-based interventions.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Narrative Therapy.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches and treatment plans based on evolving client needs.

• Administer crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support for clients facing acute distress or emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, state laws, and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and webinars to stay updated on the latest research and developments in mental health.

Qualifications\n
