Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapeutic strategies for clients, taking into account their unique situations and mental health histories.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, facilitating groups, and conducting individual, couple, and family counseling sessions focused on fostering healing and growth.

• Implement various therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care and continuity of support.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards, consistently updating documents as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Senior LPC, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families from various backgrounds facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
