Apply now!Assembly Responsibilities:- Perform quality check on finished parts- Safely use and operate hand tools, power tools, or equipment to assemble parts- Assist with loading and unloading parts from conveyor to totes- Identify and communicate quality issues to supervisors and production personnel- Assist in maintaining quality standards and ensuring adherence to company procedures- Maintain an organized work area and ensure equipment is properly handled and stored- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and inspection processesRequirements for Assembly:- High School diploma or equivalent- Basic understanding of quality systems and procedures- Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods- Able to lift or move up to 40lbs occasionally- Frequent use of hands for tool handling, fine measurement, and computer data entry- Able to read, write, verbally communicate in English- Able to follow verbal and written instructions- Able to communicate effectively with team and supervisors- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferredQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
