Work Environment

This position is based entirely onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, which is equipped with modern therapeutic tools and equipment to aid in patient recovery. You will work within a collaborative environment alongside a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and administrative staff, all focused on delivering holistic care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized evaluations and assessments for each patient, ensuring to understand their unique medical histories and personal recovery goals.
• Design and implement specific treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to maximize patients' potential for recovery.
• Deliver engaging one-on-one therapy sessions, treating 1 to 2 patients each hour, focusing on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and pain management strategies.
• Monitor and document progress using WebPT software, adjusting treatment protocols based on clinical outcomes and patient feedback.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary health care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring that every aspect of rehabilitation is addressed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients undergoing rehabilitation for various musculoskeletal conditions including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Your dedication to creating person-centered approaches will be crucial in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journeys, encouraging them to actively participate in their treatment plans.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• An active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one is necessary for this position.
• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in a physical therapy setting, preferably with a focus in orthopedics.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, along with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with patients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience using the WebPT documentation platform is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the latest rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Experience with patient education programs to foster independent management of their health.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
