This position allows for remote work while being part of an established outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their mental health status, utilizing recognized diagnostic tools.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with clients, both individually and in group settings, providing them with coping strategies and tools to manage their symptoms effectively.

• Serve as a liaison for clients in need of additional services, providing referrals to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and specialized therapists.

• Document patient progress meticulously in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with the latest treatment methodologies and evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele who may present with a variety of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your ability to establish trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds is essential to this role. By offering individualized and group therapy sessions, you will help clients navigate their mental health challenges and empower them to achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and competency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention abilities, enabling you to handle challenging situations effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by an attractive benefits package. New hires are also eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1000. Our benefits include:
