Work Environment\n

This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. The role does not require any on-call duties, enabling you to balance work and personal commitments effectively. You will be equipped with the necessary technology and resources to ensure seamless telehealth sessions, including a reliable internet connection and private space for conducting therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through live video sessions to adult clients on a weekly basis, utilizing our established treatment frameworks.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatrists and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive and individualized care strategies for clients.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress using symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to refine treatment approaches and achieve desired outcomes.

• Provide a warm and supportive presence for clients, actively listening to their concerns, and fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training in our unique care pathways, enhancing your skills and expanding your therapeutic toolkit.

• Utilize advanced technology platforms, including electronic health records (EHRs) and Google Suite, for documentation, scheduling, and client communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individual adults seeking mental health care. You will address various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By leveraging evidence-based practices and a client-centered approach, you will empower clients to develop coping strategies and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD) is essential.

• Demosntrated experience in providing telehealth services, particularly to adolescents and young adults, is highly preferred.

• Proficient in utilizing technology for virtual therapy sessions and client management.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey therapeutic concepts and create rapport with clients.

• Consistently present in a professional manner, demonstrating respect and empathy in all interactions.

• Adept at adjusting therapeutic interventions based on client needs and therapeutic outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.
