Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial sessions to gauge clients' mental health status, establishing trusting therapeutic relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with substance abuse issues, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. The role requires cultural competence and sensitivity to meet the unique needs of our varied patient populations. You will engage with clients of all ages and backgrounds, tailoring therapy methods to respect their individual experiences and cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based therapy techniques, including individual and group therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
