Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be engaged in a variety of therapeutic activities designed to support individuals and families. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples, individuals, and families to identify mental health needs and inform treatment planning.

• Providing therapy sessions that may include couples counseling as well as individual therapy to address relationship issues, trauma, and personal growth.

• Facilitating family therapy to improve communication dynamics, resolve conflicts, and tackle issues such as grief, job stress, and blended family challenges.

• Documenting progress notes and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards, utilizing our state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care and support for your clients.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development through training opportunities and peer supervision to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will support individuals dealing with:
