Work Environment\n

Your role will be entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, without any on-call duties. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy sessions to individual adult clients via live video, utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic methods.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to create comprehensive, cohesive treatment plans.
\n
• Utilize automatically generated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.

• Participate in weekly drop-in consultation sessions to seek advice and support when needed, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with adults, including individuals who may be dealing with a variety of mental health disorders. You will serve a diverse client base, ensuring that care is culturally responsive and inclusive. We are looking for counselors who are not only skilled in treatment but also passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of those facing mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of one year of independent clinical experience as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist.

• Comfortable treating a diverse range of patients and committed to delivering culturally competent care.

• Proficiency in digital tools and technology, with an eagerness to integrate these solutions into your clinical practice.
