This role offers a flexible remote work setting, which allows you to effectively manage your schedule while maintaining work-life balance. Our operations run Monday through Saturday, offering ample opportunity to engage with clients at times that best suit their needs. As a part of our team, you will benefit from in-house credentialing and support managing your insurance participation and client scheduling, ensuring that you can focus on delivering quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify mental health needs and establish an effective treatment plan.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration through regular documentation and meetings, discussing treatment updates, assessments, and adjustments to care plans.

• Manage ongoing case consultations, liaising with community professionals and programs to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Document client progress and therapy results in compliance with department standards, ensuring ethical and timely completion.

At Renewed Life Mental Health Center, our client population varies and includes individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance abuse issues. Our clinicians work with a diverse range of ages and backgrounds, allowing for a rich and rewarding therapeutic experience. As such, you will need to adapt your therapeutic techniques to meet distinct needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive space.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health services.
\n
• Availability to work between 10 to 40 hours (sessions) per week, providing flexibility in client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Familiarity with integrated care models, where mental health services are offered alongside physical health care, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide:
