This position offers a remote work setting that allows you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while remaining connected to a supportive team environment. Although typical working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, there may be occasional requirements to accommodate evening or weekend client appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing various diagnostic tools to evaluate clients' mental health needs effectively.

• Craft and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to meet individual client objectives. For example, developing a treatment plan for a client dealing with anxiety might include cognitive-behavioral therapy sessions and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy, applying the appropriate therapeutic interventions for diverse client backgrounds and needs.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and confidential client records in adherence to legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all client interactions are accurately recorded.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
