Specialty/Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Wichita / Topeka, KS (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative to promote bone health products in the Wichita and Topeka, Kansas territory. The role involves delivering clinical knowledge to medical professionals, managing accounts, achieving sales targets, and supporting patient access through both in-person and virtual engagement.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clinical benefits of Amgen products to medical professionals and drive appropriate product utilization
• Deliver branded sales messages, conduct educational programs, and achieve sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop and manage customer relationships, customize interactions based on needs, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze territory effectiveness, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Share best practices with colleagues and demonstrate commitment to patient-focused brand building

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years sales experience, or High school diploma with 6 years sales experience (Specialty Representative)
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare insurance sales preferred
• Product sales experience in bone health, oncology, cardiology, inflammation, nephrology, or related specialties preferred
• Advanced influencing and relationship-building skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Local market knowledge and adaptability with core competencies in sales planning, business knowledge, and communication

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 annual base (Specialty Representative); $115,036–$155,638 annual base (Senior Specialty Representative)
