Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that highlight your skills and expertise as a therapist:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth sessions.

• Document each session meticulously, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with case managers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans and resources for clients.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve and surpass their mental health goals.

The client base served by Native Health Center is diverse, consisting of individuals from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to connect with clients facing a broad spectrum of challenges, particularly those related to addiction. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.
