Build strong client relationships by listening, advising, and delivering beyond expectations. Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution. Drive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and maximizing event potential. Manage event details including contracts, timelines, room setups, and service flow. Be the go‑to problem solver on event days—cool under pressure, quick on your feet. Maintain accuracy in billing, proposals, and internal systems. Qualifications What You Bring A natural ability to connect with people and turn conversations into partnerships. Strong experience in catering, events, or hospitality.
