- Conflict & Intake Management: Run and analyze conflict checks for incoming clients and legal matters to ensure seamless onboarding.
- System Administration: Open and maintain precise client and matter profiles within the firm's financial database.
- Data Integrity: Review all onboarding submissions for accuracy and completeness, proactively following up with attorneys and staff to resolve missing information.
- Team Support: Collaborate on departmental projects and provide reliable backup assistance to the accounting team.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in administration, accounting, data management, or legal support (law firm or professional services experience is a major plus).
- Software Skills: Familiarity with Aderant or similar legal accounting platforms is preferred; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication & Discretion: Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with a strict commitment to handling sensitive, confidential data.
