AI Sales Executive

Role Description The AI Sales Executive is a full-time, remote role. Please DO NOT apply if you are not disciplined in working remotely as we have the capability to monitor your daily sales activities. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting product demos, and presenting IQNOVO’s enterprise AI solutions to key decision-makers. Day-to-day activities include managing a sales pipeline, developing tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with technical teams to address customer requirements. The AI Sales Executive will build and maintain long-term client relationships, gather market feedback, and contribute to sales strategy and revenue growth. This role works closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handoff from prospecting through onboarding.

Qualifications

• MUST be able to make your first sales within 1-2 months and quotas will progressively increase after that.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales, ideally with AI, data, or enterprise software products.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to AI, large language models, and enterprise integrations in clear business terms.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and standard productivity software to manage pipelines and forecast revenue.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling proposals and sales collateral.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Comfort working closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, customer success) to shape solutions for clients.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to continuously learn about new products and market trends.
