Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for a variety of clinical functions, including:

• Facilitating educational and therapeutic group sessions where clients can explore coping strategies, develop self-awareness, and engage in personal growth. Documenting patient goals and progress throughout these sessions is essential for tracking therapeutic outcomes.

• Participating in treatment-planning meetings to discuss client resistance and progress, sharing insights with team members to ensure cohesive care delivery and documenting necessary updates on treatment plans.

• Effectively managing resistance and conflict that may arise within client interactions, employing conflict resolution strategies to assist clients in evaluating non-productive behaviors and thought processes.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and case closure according to best practices and regulatory standards.

• Applying knowledge of DSM diagnostic criteria to assess and identify disorders in children and adolescents, ensuring age-appropriate developmental challenges are considered in treatment planning.

• Utilizing techniques such as behavior modification, assertiveness training, and supportive therapy in clinical practice, tailoring approaches to individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Clarity Reached Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
