Regional VP, Sales

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Regional VP of Sales to drive revenue growth and lead the sales team for the Southwest Region. This remote-based leadership role involves managing Account Managers, developing client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives in medical technology.
Responsibilities
- Set revenue and profit objectives for Account Managers and track regional performance against annual sales plan
- Review pipeline and forecasts weekly with sales team; adjust strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies for key accounts and competitive conversions
- Train and coach Account Managers on clinical knowledge, selling skills, and competitive product positioning
- Build executive relationships with hospital leaders and represent Masimo's value proposition at key accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials; graduate degree preferred
- Five or more years of sales management experience in healthcare
- Proven success meeting sales targets in high-growth, complex sales environments
- Experience selling new healthcare technologies requiring clinical process changes
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing sales representatives
- Strong clinical and technical learning capability in healthcare settings
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain frequent domestic travel schedule
