Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families, establishing rapport and understanding their unique needs.

• Provide individualized therapy and family support services, utilizing interventions tailored to each patient’s situation to promote healing and growth.

• Maintain accurate billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
\n
• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans that empower patients to achieve and maintain stability.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition from therapy to everyday life, promoting ongoing progress.

• Adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Engage in case consultations and agency meetings to collaboratively enhance the treatment process and share best practices among colleagues.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through mandatory training and other educational opportunities aimed at enhancing your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population primarily includes individuals who face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. We emphasize a holistic approach that respects and incorporates the cultural and personal backgrounds of our clients, allowing us to tailor our therapeutic interventions to optimize engagement and effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Current and valid licensure as a mental health therapist in the State, including LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• Strong assessment skills and experience in therapy with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in community health or similar settings is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and remote service delivery techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
