Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring that individual backgrounds and experiences are respected and understood.

• Deliver tailored individual and family therapy sessions based on comprehensive assessments and identified patient needs, utilizing strategies informed by the latest research.

• Complete accurate billing, documentation, and individualized treatment plans, ensuring timely submission of insurance authorization forms while adhering to regulatory standards.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans to empower patients and support their journey toward stable functioning.

• Create effective discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition for patients moving out of direct care services.
\n
• Maintain strict compliance with all current federal and state laws, as well as organizational policies and procedures, to ensure high-quality care.

• Engage in professional development through ongoing training and education, while also participating in case consultations and agency meetings to foster collaboration.

• Complete all licensure and mandatory training requirements to uphold professional standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who face various mental health challenges. The patient population may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or a related field is required to provide you with the foundational knowledge for effective practice.

• Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of California is mandatory to ensure compliance with professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
