Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health concerns and create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide tailored individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Utilize our teletherapy platform to deliver virtual therapy sessions, accommodating clients who may have mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending workshops, training, and peer consultations, to hone your clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Requirements: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must possess current, fully licenses to practice independently; this includes the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Please note that we do not accept applications from individuals with provisional or limited licenses, nor those with disciplinary actions on their record.

• A strong ability to conduct professional evaluations and make informed decisions regarding treatment planning and implementation is essential.

• The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and caseload.
