Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting achievable goals and appropriate interventions to address the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care and integrated treatment strategies.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions in accordance with ethical and legal regulations.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to equip clients with tools for coping and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients within hospice care, addressing not only their mental health needs but also their emotional well-being during a critical phase of life. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
