Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and family therapy sessions remotely using state-of-the-art telehealth technology, ensuring a seamless client experience. Develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of your clients, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to their unique situations. Maintain detailed and accurate client records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. Provide timely crisis intervention and emotional support, equipping clients with coping strategies during challenging situations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure that all client needs are addressed effectively. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals navigating complex personal issues, families experiencing relationship challenges, and couples seeking to enhance their communication patterns. This role demands sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to adjust therapeutic techniques to meet the varied needs of clients from different backgrounds. Qualifications Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution. Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Proven experience providing therapy and counseling services, preferably in a remote setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining high-quality service. Preferred Experience Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling tools. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or similar modalities. Experience working in community health settings or with underrepresented populations is a plus. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 based on experience and qualifications.
