Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify client mental health needs, clarify concerns, and establish clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and responsive to client-specific goals, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual counseling, family therapy sessions, or support groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or others as appropriate.

• Facilitate crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health situations, effectively stabilizing and assisting them in gaining resources.

• Document all therapeutic interactions and maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Provide education for clients and families regarding mental health challenges, treatment processes, and community resources available for additional support.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed on the latest therapeutic techniques and practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various life transitions. With a particular focus on accessibility, our telehealth counselor will cater to clients who may have barriers to traditional in-person counseling services.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with eligibility to provide teletherapy.

• Possess a master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. New hires may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
