Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients’ mental health statuses and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing culturally sensitive approaches that respect each client’s unique background and experiences.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering tools, coping strategies, and support to help them navigate their challenges.

• Coordinate referrals to other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists or specialized therapists, when necessary.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing issues related to substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
