Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health concerns of clients, formulating clinical diagnoses and identifying appropriate intervention strategies.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, offering support to clients who experience acute mental health emergencies.

• Document all client interactions comprehensively, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments as per ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create comprehensive care plans that address all aspects of a client’s wellbeing.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their needs and rights where applicable.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and other educational avenues to enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, set at approximately USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
