Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Provide various therapeutic interventions supported by evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, and couples, fostering open dialogue and engagement to promote therapeutic progress.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients and facilitate referrals to necessary resources.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions, staying informed about the latest research in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with clients from various backgrounds, many of whom may face barriers to accessing quality mental health care. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, contingent upon experience and caseload availability.
