Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored therapy plans that meet individual needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups and provide individual counseling to clients, utilizing a variety of treatment approaches to foster engagement and progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic client care, participating in case consultation meetings as needed.

• Stay current with emerging trends and research in mental health by engaging in professional development workshops and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families, many of whom face significant barriers to accessing mental health care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas.
